1. What we collect

Anonymous behavioural analytics via Microsoft Clarity: page views, click positions, scroll depth, time on page — used only to improve the site.

Session replays do not record what you type into input fields (chat box and checkers are technically masked).
No names, phone numbers or ID numbers, unless you send them to us through the contact channels on this site.
No third-party advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.

2. What you submit

If you contact us via a form or email, what you send (company name, contact details, requirements) is used only to reply to you, kept for a reasonable period, and deleted on request.

Note: questions you type into the AI customer-service demo are sent to a model service to generate replies. Please do not enter real personal or confidential business information there. Demo data is not used for training.

3. Where data lives

This site is served from our own servers in mainland China. Anonymous analytics is provided by Microsoft Clarity, an overseas service, so that portion of the data leaves the region; if you prefer not to be recorded, use your browser's "Do Not Track" or a script blocker — nothing on this site will be withheld from you as a result.

4. For business clients (important)

If you are an enterprise knowledge-base or AI customer-service client, a stricter contract applies:

Your material is deployed locally / on-premises by default; it does not leave your machine;
Scenarios involving sensitive data do not use overseas APIs;
Any access needed during delivery is limited to that delivery and cleaned up afterwards.
