Contracts, quotes, SOPs and product specs — AI looks them up and answers for you, with citations.
Give your small business or storefront an “enterprise memory”: an employee asks a question, AI finds the answer inside your own documents and replies in seconds, citing where it came from. New hires stop interrupting colleagues, departing staff can no longer take the experience with them, and scattered documents stop going missing.
An employee asks “where is the quote we sent client X last time?” or “what does onboarding involve?” — AI answers instantly and cites the source, instead of digging through dozens of folders.
Word, PDF, Excel, scanned pages, audio and video can all be ingested and recognised. Years of accumulated material becomes knowledge you can ask questions of.
Answers come strictly from your own material and carry citations — no invention. Permissions can be set on sensitive material so not everyone sees everything.
Documents keep being added and AI keeps organising them. Experience settles inside the company instead of inside one person's head — that is the company's real asset.
| Staff memory / cloud drive | SavantCat enterprise KB | |
|---|---|---|
| Where the experience lives | In a few employees' heads | Settled in the company system |
| When someone leaves | Experience walks out; company loses | Archived, retrievable at any time |
| Finding an old proposal | Dig through folders / ask someone — tens of minutes to half a day | Answered in seconds, with citation |
| New-hire ramp-up | Ask one person after another; experienced staff get interrupted | Ask the knowledge base, nobody disturbed |
| Where documents sit | Scattered everywhere, asleep | Read by AI, usable any time |
Login, industry-template selection and the AI Q&A interface — it looks like your company. Built in-house by us.
Medical, manufacturing, education, retail, business services and more. Pick a template and the directory structure initialises itself.
A mature open-source retrieval-augmented engine: multi-format parsing + hybrid vector and full-text retrieval + answers with citations.
The deployment base is the open-source Podman container stack — fully commercial-usable and freely redistributable, so there is no commercial-licence trap waiting for you later. Your documents and data stay on your own server or computer; only the retrieved passage is sent to the language model when generating an answer.
We talk it through: who will use the documents, how many there are, how sensitive they are, who maintains them — and work out the most economical way to build it.
We install the system to suit your situation (lightweight private deployment or your own server) and configure and test it remotely until it runs.
We clean, deduplicate, classify and import your scattered documents, then test the AI repeatedly until it answers accurately and fast.
A one-hour session for your administrator plus a written manual, then we confirm each item on your acceptance checklist together.
Monthly inspection, content updates, AI usage quota and data backups. You use it with peace of mind; we watch it remotely.
An annual service fee of ¥2,000–3,000 (~$298–447)/year applies separately, covering AI model usage, remote support, monthly inspection and content maintenance.
If you have more than 5,000 documents or a large multi-department system, we quote according to the actual scope — never inflated.
Prices are in RMB (CNY). Reference conversion at 6.71 CNY/USD (ECB, 2026-09-09). Payment is collected in China; for overseas or cross-border arrangements, please contact us.
AI Q&A is billed monthly with a transparent quota. Most small businesses simply cannot wire up and maintain a model connection themselves — handing it to us removes that problem.
Documents are added every day. Companies rarely have time to turn scattered files into a searchable knowledge base. That is exactly our service — installation is not the end, it is the beginning.
New features, model upgrades, patches, backup and recovery, 7×12 support. What you are buying is “it keeps working and nothing blows up”.
You do not need to do anything technical. We install, configure and test everything remotely for you. You only need to teach your colleagues how to use it. Ongoing maintenance is also handled remotely by us.
The system runs on your own machine or server, and your documents stay local. When AI answers a question, only the retrieved passage needed to generate the reply is sent to the language model — never the full document. For sensitive material such as contracts, financial records or medical data, we recommend the fully private deployment option.
Pricing is realistic for small businesses: roughly ¥5,000 for the one-time deployment and an annual service fee starting at ¥2,000. The one-time deployment costs less than one month's salary of a dedicated assistant, and the annual fee afterwards works out to about the price of one coffee a day — for a company memory that works 24 hours a day and never resigns.
Answers are strictly grounded in your own documents and come with citations — it does not invent content. Human review can be required for critical steps. Before delivery we test the system repeatedly with your real questions and only hand over once it answers accurately and quickly.
There are industry templates for medical clinics, manufacturing, education and training, retail and trade, and business consulting. Picking a template initialises the directory structure, and then you load your own documents.
Talk to us about your documents and requirements — no charge — and we will give you a clear proposal and quote.
A full-time AI assistant you double-click to run: monitors markets, writes copy, manages documents, makes videos. ¥99 (~$15) one-time.
Automatic instant replies to customer enquiries on WeChat, with escalation to a human. ¥99 (~$15) for the first month.
