Who we are
I'm SavantCat (合尘猫), based in China. I build enterprise AI knowledge bases and deploy AI customer service for small and medium businesses — the companies that feel every unanswered question, and that can't justify an IT department.
I came to this the practical way. Over three years I ran the same AI stack on myself first: turning a personal knowledge base into something AI could actually read, search and answer from. That practice produced 2,000+ published articles and a working methodology — and it's what I now apply to a whole company's documents, contracts, quotes and SOPs.
What I don't do is sell courses. What I hand over is a system that is already installed, loaded with your material, tested against your real questions, and monitored after delivery.
