Not a report — four artefacts you can check
Many 'compliance consulting' engagements end with a PDF. We hand over four artefacts, each of which can be re-verified on the spot.
1. Self-check table
Every one of the 61 check items (48 should-do, 4 recommended, 9 optional) gets: current state, verdict, the clause it rests on, and where the evidence is. The five veto items are flagged separately — if those fail, nothing else counts as compliant.
2. Gap list and remediation advice
Failed items are ordered by remediation cost against risk, so you can see what must be fixed first and what can wait. Each recommendation references its standard clause.
3. Transfer-to-human rules and script boundaries
The standard's requirements translated into configurable rules: which scenarios must transfer automatically, what triggers emotion-based escalation, and what the customer is told when handing over. Rules are configuration, not a verbal understanding — change them and the change is traceable.
4. Regression set and acceptance report
A regression set drawn from real spoken-language questions — ours is 61 items: 31 answerable from the knowledge base, 24 guidance-type, 6 that must transfer to a human. Running it produces resolution rate, mis-transfer count, missed-transfer count and empty-answer count. The numbers in the report can be reproduced on site with the same questions.

Yes. The self-check stands alone: you get the gap list and then decide what to fix and who fixes it.
You wrote the self-check table — how do I know it isn't padded?
Every verdict must cite its clause number, and spot checks go back to the standard text. Verdicts we cannot tie to a clause do not go in the table.
