A small, free, browser-based utility for the two jobs that block most knowledge-base projects: documents that only exist as PDF or Word files, and spreadsheets nobody can trust.
What it does

| Clean a spreadsheet | Split columns, normalise amounts, dates and phone numbers, tag categories, flag rows a human must confirm |
| Inspect only | A health check: format type, page count, table count — without producing files |
Notes
- No installation. Files are processed by the service, not on your machine.
- Do not upload material you are not permitted to process; for confidential documents we run the conversion on your premises as part of a project.
- The interface is currently Chinese-only. English pages for the tool are planned.
